Host your event in our stunning indoor space!

Bring in your own decorations, flowers, and food to create your special theme in our white neutral space. Serve from our high bar, using our bar fridge. Pamper your guests with our stemless wine glasses, crystal lowball or high ball glassware and matching drink pitchers. Coffee maker, kettle, crystal drink pitchers, Punch dispenser, serving platters, bowls, snack bowls, etc. are all available for use.

Relax with your guests on our couch, white wingback chair or stools at the bar. 10 white plastic chairs available upon request as well as 8 ft plastic folding table.

Host your photography session and serve coffee, lunch, etc.

Living room has limited seating available. Standing room for 30. Including kitchen bar and stools.

***please bring table cloth if using folding table.

$100/ HR for hours 1-3

*Minimum 2 hr booking.

$80/ HR for hours 4-5

$60/ HR for hours 6-10

Fantastic space!

I rented the living room/kitchen for my daughter’s baby shower. Having access to a full kitchen was perfect and made serving food easy from the big island. The living room has a gorgeous window, cathedral ceiling, comfy furniture and is so tastefully decorated that we really only needed to bring some flowers and balloons. If you are looking for a space for a shower or small gathering, consider this!

Living Room & Kitchen Rental
