Great! Here are the details for purchasing in Canada.
Shipping:
FREE - in-store or/Ilderton front porch pick up. Let's arrange a time for you to pick up! We will contact you when your order is ready.
$15 -flat rate Canada wide shipping for purchases under $150.
FREE - shipping on orders over $150.
Returns:
We hope you love your Lace Boutique Fashions purchases. However, if you aren't completely loving them, here's what to do!
All regular priced purchases are to be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Any shipping costs are your responsibility. If shipping the return, please put items in weatherproof packaging, (eg. bubble envelopes available at the post office or a sealed box) to ensure that they can be resold. Any items returned damaged in any way will not be refunded. You may also return by porch pickup method as arranged. contact shauna@laceboutiquefashions.ca to arrange your return.
All underwear & SALE/CLEARANCE items are final sale.
All Returns:
Please make sure that returned items are in their original purchased condition -free from scent like smoke, perfume, pet, cooking, etc and pet hair. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and tags still attached. We do our best to ensure your item is not damaged. We know you will be excited when you receive your package! Please open it carefully as items that have been cut through when opening the package are not eligible for return. Receipt needs to be included in shipped back returns. If returning a picked up purchase contact us before returning. Please add a note in the bag with your name, order number, etc. You will be refunded when we receive the item. We may contact you if your return will not be processed for any of the above reasons.
Items purchased with a GIFT CARD will not be refunded to cash...however, we will return the amount to a gift card for you.
