This fee will be refunded to you as long as you leave our rental spaces in cleaned, everything put away, tidy condition.
all dishes washed, dried and put away.
Including all garbage (kitchen, bathroom and any other removed and put in bins outside. Near Water St. facing side door.
*If any damage occurs on site this fee will not be refunded.
