Heather is the matriarch of the Swinkles family. She, along with her daughters Krista and Lisa have been wonderful supporters of Lace Boutique and me over the years. Heather wears many colours so well that I can see her in either colour of this top. This style reminds me so much of her that I had to bring it in. I can see her wearing this cowl neck with a statement necklace when out and about with her daughters and cousin Connie and Angela.
