Penelope has been a customer of mine for the past 4.5 years. She discovered Lace online during Covid. Now that I'm in Lucan, she often pop in on her way into London from Goderich. She has a rocker edgy vibe and changes her hair colour often. I feel like each time I see her, it is different. She suits the changes so well.
