Our 2 story white living room features incredible natural indirect light. Set up the room just the way you like it!  Bring in your props and enjoy our private entrance for your clients during a busy photo shoot. 

No food on site if not renting the kitchen. 

Furniture available: couch, wingback chair, 8 ft folding table, 10 white plastic chairs.

 ***CLEANING FEE must be purchased at time of booking.  Refundable within 72 hours after your booking.  See Booking Terms for more details. 

*$80/ Hr + HST for the 1st 3 hours.

(*Minimum 2 hr booking.)

 $70/ Hr + HST for 4 -5 Hrs.

$50/ Hr + HST for 6-10 Hrs.

*Please ensure that you book enough time to set up and clean up.
